About This Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of complex services and solutions that span the specialised NextZen Security business units (Practices). As a key member of a small team specialising in Enterprise Security Architecture, you will work as a trusted advisor both internally and with our customers. To achieve this, you will lead large or complex programs and solutions end-to-end – covering pre-sales, design, transition, implementation, and ongoing advice – making sure we continually strive for the right solution and best possible customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

As Enterprise Security Architect, you will drive how NextZen Security and our customers deliver against complex business and cyber security opportunities. As a key part of Australia’s leading cyber security company, you will provide industry and subject matter expertise, sector-leading thought leadership, delivered through strong customers engagement. Varying by engagement, you will undertake roles across the whole customer experience, working across pre-sales and ongoing front-line engagements with some of our biggest customers and engagements.

Additional responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Evaluate customers’ needs – developing a detailed understating of their business, IT, and cyber security strategy – so you can contribute to and evolve these strategies by developing and prioritising their enterprise security architecture and security roadmap
  • Design, build, and oversee the implementation of cyber security solutions and services, including enterprise security architecture, in line with customer roadmaps and requirements
  • Identify, recommend, and establish innovative service offerings and ways to improve existing approaches, through a thorough analysis and consultation process
  • Collaborate actively across NextZen Security, continuously seeking ways to add value, facilitating communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination to allow teams to optimally engage and service customers
  • Lead the development of large-scale complex solutions (typically multi-Practice solutions that incorporate managed security services) in major and strategic accounts, as well as strengthening existing senior customer relationships through strategic account planning and relationship development
  • Partner with senior and executive customers to manage and enhance project lifecycles by developing high-quality business solutions, leveraging business performance improvement approaches and frameworks, and ensuring the timely execution of project deliverables

About This Role

As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing security functional and non-functional requirements, developing security solutions for deployment in the OT environment, planning and scheduling work with assistance from project leads, and executing deployment of security controls to upgrade an existing OT environment.

What You Need to Succeed:

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Knowledge and experience in the design and implementation of Operation Technology (OT) infrastructure environments.
  • Solid experience in an OT information security analyst/engineering role, especially around testing and implementing security controls.
  • A solid technical knowledge of network & infrastructure, including firewalls, IPSs, routers, switches, etc.

Senior Cyber Business Analyst

Our client is a prominent retailer in Australia that is dedicated to providing a top-notch shopping experience for its customers. With a strong commitment to cybersecurity, they are seeking a Senior Cyber Business Analyst to join their team

About This Role

As a Senior Cyber Business Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple programs of work spanning over 30 projects over a 12-month day rate contract (strong pipeline for extension). You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the business is adhering to the highest standards of governance and compliance. You will also be responsible for identity and access management, applications and digital, protecting infrastructure, detection and response, data security, and collaboration.

About You:

  • You should have experience working on full lifecycle information security or cybersecurity projects.
  • You should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with business and technology teams to identify solutions for complex scope areas.
  • You should have the ability to work with global stakeholders working in different time zones on occasion and be able to accommodate for late night or early morning meetings (flexible working hours in return)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the global Cyber Programme project teams and vendors to investigate and analyse the local Business Unit environment, its cybersecurity maturity, and current levels of risk.
  • Work closely with the wider cybersecurity team, the global team and stakeholders to create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions at the local Business Unit level.
  • Ensure that all cybersecurity requirements/user stories are captured and backlogs are generated in preparation for use by wider global project teams and third-parties.
  • Assist the global Cyber Programme project teams and vendors to define and develop scoping documentation (e.g., system requirements, RACIs, processes, testing, acceptance criteria, user guides, run books, etc.) in support of the development of cybersecurity project solutions for delivery.
  • Review and translate global cybersecurity project solutions into solution definition deliverables for the local Business Units.

The Business analyst with IAM experience will be working in a fast paced and innovative environment for one of North America’s top organisations. NextZen Security is making significant investments to enhance its Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities through process maturity, and technology enablement.

 
 

The ideal candidate should have experience working with and implementing IAM solutions.

Purpose

As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to help advance NextZen Security’s organizational performance by gathering and documenting current business processes and identifying ways to improve them for our customers . This position will be reporting to the Enterprise Security Architect.

Qualifications

  • A relevant University degree/technical certification, and/or relevant experience commensurate to the role.
  • 3-5 Years of Business Analysis experience, which 2 years should be of gathering and process improvement experience, preferably within the IAM domain.
  • A good understanding of IAM concepts (Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, Identity Lifecycle, Privileged Access Management) and technologies, including authentication, authorization, and directory services.
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint IdentityNow, Saviynt, Azure Active Directory, CyberArk, Delinea, etc.
  • Experience in creating governance documentation such as policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, role types and user access reviews, etc.
  • Experience in procuring software for an enterprise organization (i.e., RFP process.)
  • Experience in analyzing and managing multiple dependencies between projects with a proven track record of successful deployments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions for business issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with different teams and stakeholders such as IT, security, and business teams.
